Our rational for constructing three delivery chains has stemmed from the recognition of our own knowledge limitation. We do not see the benefits of having an all embracive organization. The huge congregation of differential clients, of diverse demand structures, of varying stages in ICT maturity in this regional hub defies a specialized approach. We therefore prefer to construct superior delivery platforms instead. We could shine together.
